STEPANAKERT. – Shootings along the Line of Contact between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces have substantially reduced between Wednesday and early Thursday morning, as compared to previous days. 

Press service of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Army informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that during this time Azerbaijan fired around 1,000 shots at the Armenian military positions, and primarily by way of rifle weaponry.

But vanguard units of the NKR Defense Army maintained the relative calm established on the frontline, and they continued confidently carrying out their military task.
