YEREVAN. – The American national currency (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 480.46 $1 in Armenia on Thursday, a 0.62 point rise as compared to Wednesday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 526.54 (up by AMD 2.51), that of one British pound was AMD 715.40 (up by AMD 3.03), the rate of one Russian ruble comprising AMD 6.86 (up by AMD 0.10), according to the Central Bank of Armenia press service.

One gram of silver, gold, and platinum amounted to AMD 219.68, AMD 16,582.71, and AMD 13.406.25, respectively.

No foreign currency transactions were registered at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange Thursday.
