YEREVAN. – The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations of Armenia received information, on Saturday at 6:49am, from the National Crisis Management Center of Russia.
Accordingly, a traffic accident had occurred at 1:51am on a local motorway in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, as two vehicles had crashed for yet unknown reasons.
As a result of the accident, Armenian citizens Stepan Kostanyan, 45, and Edgar Petrosyan, 30, had died.
And Armenian citizen Markos P. was injured and taken to hospital, where the physicians said the patient is in moderate condition.
