Armed clashes occurred along the Line of Contact between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces, from December 20 to 26.

During this time Azerbaijan fired around 8,000 shots at the Armenian military positions, and by way of rifle weaponry, mortars, grenade launchers, reactive rocket propelled howitzers, anti-aircraft autocannons, and a howitzer cannon.

But vanguard units of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Defense Army are in full control of the frontline, and they continue confidently conducting their military watch.
