YEREVAN. – President Serzh Sargsyan on Monday extended his congratulations to People’s Painter of Armenia, Hmayak Bdeyan, on the occasion of his 90th birth anniversary.

“The long and productive road you have passed has been marked by numerous achievements,” the President’s respective message specifically reads. “Your works have long been recognized not solely in Armenia, but also beyond its borders.

“Remaining faithful to the best traditions of Armenian national art, you express in your works our people’s worldview, dreams, reflections, [and] aspiration for living and creating.”
