Southern Military Okrug (district) base of the Russian Armed Forces, which are stationed in Armenia, on Tuesday celebrates its 74th anniversary.
Armenian News-NEWS.am learned from the press service of this Russian military base that the respective ceremonies brought together the command units as well as representatives of power structures, Armenian and Russian diplomatic corps, administrations, veterans and NGOs, and their family members.
