YEREVAN. - Armenia’s Ardshinbank has joined the program of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on trade stimulation as a bank of issue. In the framework of the contract, the EBRD confirmed a $10 million limit for Ardshinbank, which will be used for funding commercial transactions.  

Ardshinbank is the second bank in Armenia according to its holdings and has about 55 branches in the republic. The issue of Euromoney recognized the bank as the best one in Armenia in 2015. In 2015, the bank was the first to issue $100 million Eurobonds.  The bank is the only private company in Armenia which has ratings from two international rating companies (Moody’s и Fitch), this being equal to the sovereign rating of Armenia.
