Twenty people in Argentina attacked the editorial office of the newspaper Tiempo Argentino and forcefully pushed the employees out of the building, inform the  reporters of the newspaper.

"Around 20 people who work for businessman Mariano Martinez Rojas  broke into the building where the Tiempo Argentino newspaper and the Radio America have offices and beat the officers who guarded the building," said the statement, published on the newspaper's Facebook page. According to the journalists , the attackers broke into the facilities in order to prevent the release of the publication .

The Prosecutor's Office of Buenos Aires has brought charges against Rojas  for an "unlawful attack " and a " damage ". The Argentine authorities have condemned the incident . " A Barbarian Attack on Tiempo Argentino . It is an attack on the sanctity -  the press and the freedom of expression," wrote the head of the federal funds of the information system in Argentina Hernán Lombardi in his Twitter.

As reported earlier, when the government of the President Mauricio Macri came to authority, the owners  of the Tiempo Argentino, who were defending the former President Cristina Fernandez de Kirshner, stopped paying salaries to employees . As a result, the journalists began managing the periodical independently. The local media reported that a few months ago Rojas  purchased the newspaper.
