The European Commission will propose changes to the EU in the coming weeks  to grant the citizens of the third countries with an asylum, said the Commissioner on migration and citizenship issues Dimitris Avramopoulos, report the RIA Novosti .

Avramopoulos announced that nest week at the meeting of the EU interior and justice ministers in Bratislava he will introduce a package of improving the policy of providing asylum. According to the Commissioner , those who are in need of international protection will receive it , while others should return to their homeland .
