The North Korean has launched a ballistic missile from the submarine in the eastern state Hamgyong – namdo, reports the Yonhap, referring to the South Korean Joint Committee of Headquarters’ Chiefs. The missile, it is believed, have been launched at around 11.00 pm.

The last ballistic missile the North Korea fired was in April . A day after that the Korean Central Telegraph Agency announced the test was successful . At the same time, the South Korean , Japanese, and American soldiers say the operation failed . The missile overcame only 30 km .
