No member of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) shall obstruct the providers of services of other countries.

Minister in charge of Economy and Financial Policy of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC)—which is the executive body of the  EAEU, Timur Suleymenov, told the aforesaid to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

If a resident of any EAEU member country provides services (consultation, organizing construction, etc..) in another country, he shall have equal working conditions with the residents of the given country.

Such a provision is envisioned in the decision by the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council. And the list of domains, in which a single market will be set up, is attached to this decision.

“We are trying to check whether this market operates in practice,” noted Suleymenov. “[But] it is still difficult to check, since there is no response from the businesses.”

The EAEU comprises Armenia, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan.
