The US interference in Karabakh will hinder the deployment of the Russian peacekeepers  in Karabakh, said a political analyst Hayk Martirosyan on July 12, during a discussion at the Institute for International and Security Affairs.

According to Martirosyan, Russia plans to deploy “so called” peacekeepers in Karabakh after a new escalation . "Only the US intervention will help to create balance and help the Armenian parties to use the time . The fact that Georgia is not a NATO member is good for Armenia , since it does not create an  additional tension in the South Caucasus, " he said .
