YEREVAN. – Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian on Thursday met with Greek Ambassador Ioannis Taghis, who is completing his diplomatic mission in Armenia.

Minister Nalbandian highly valued the traditional warm fraternal relations and productive cooperation between Armenia and Greece.

Ambassador Taghis, in turn, thanked for the Armenian foreign ministry’s assistance provided to him during his mission in Armenia.

Afterward, Edward Nalbandian awarded Ioannis Taghis with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs medal of honor, in recognition of his considerable contribution to the development of Armenian-Greek relations.
