Protestors have broken into the Brazilian National Congress building and occupied the conference hall in response to the Government’s plans to limit the social security payments.

Several protestors found their way into the stage and took the seat of the Speaker, BBC reports. Overall several dozens of people are taking part in the protest. The police are trying to bring them out of the building.

The protests against the Government’s initiative to freeze the social security payments for 20 years have been continuing in the country for already over a week.
