Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President-elect Donald Trump have political mutual understanding.

He reminded that Putin and Trump had a phone conversation during which they had business professional man-to-man talk. He said that he would not invent any terms and stick labels.
