The Russian and the US Presidents Vladimir Putin and Barack Obama have not planned a separate bilateral meeting during the upcoming Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC)Summit in Lima. They will communicate during joint activities in any way, told Kremlin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov, reports  Interfax. "They will meet during the summit in any way, " said Peskov. According to him, the first event is the formal general dinner. Obama will not be attending the Business Advisory Council on November 20.
