Border issue between Turkey and Armenia is a bilateral  issue.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg stated the aforementioned at the plenary session of NATO Parliamentary Assembly in Istanbul Monday, responding to the question of Armenian delegate Koryun Nahapetyan.

Nahapetyan, in particular, recalled that Turkey closed the border with Armenia, this being the last closed border in Europe.

“Border issue between Turkey and Armenia is a bilateral issue and has to be raised on bilateral level,” Stoltenberg stated.
