Romania pays great attention to the European Union (EU) Eastern Partnership program, said Romanian Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Dan Iancu, reported APA news agency of Azerbaijan.

According to the diplomat, ensuring a stable, safe, and prosperous neighborhood is a top priority for his country. 

Iancu added that the protracted conflicts in the Eastern Neighborhood, including the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, remain a source of concern and a focal point of attention for Romanian diplomacy in the EU.
