The U.S.  president-elect Donald Trump stated millions of people  voted for his rival Hillary Clinton illegally.

Republican Trump won Democrat Hillary Clinton, gaining 306 electoral votes from the state from 270 necessary. At the same time, Clinton was ahead of Trump by 2 million voices. Trump's victory became possible thanks to indirect voting system.

“In addition to winning the Electoral College in a landslide, I won the popular vote if you deduct the millions of people who voted illegally”, Trump tweeted.
