A number of American technology companies plans to meet on Tuesday to discuss filing an amicus brief in support of a lawsuit challenging U.S. President Donald Trump's order, Reuters reported quoting  representative of the GitHub company.

According to some reports, Alphabet Inc's Google, Airbnb Inc and Netflix Inc will participate in the meeting. Earlier, American corporation Microsoft supported the initiative.

The president’s order suspended entry of all refugees to the United States for 120 days, barred Syrian refugees indefinitely, and blocked entry into the United States for 90 days for citizens of seven predominantly Muslim countries: Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen
