YEREVAN. – The Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers’ talk on Tuesday is very important, since such meetings may serve as a basis for reducing tension on the line of contact, political scientist Garik Keryan said at a press conference on Wednesday.
The analyst, however, expressed regret with respect to the absence of clear information on the topics discussed, and the talks in general.
“But that’s normal, since we all know that the negotiation process takes place under confidentiality,” Keryan added. “And many questions and nuances are not voiced yet.”
