YEREVAN. - A full-scale war in Karabakh conflict zone is excluded, Russian political scientist Andranik Migranyan told reporters in Yerevan on Thursday.
“Azerbaijan may think that it will manage to conduct a blitzkrieg and to reach a breakthrough, but nobody in the region is interested in full-scale war.
There are many issues: Syria, the Islamic State, Kurds. Nobody would like full-scale war,” Migranyan noted.
The political scientist added, that, nevertheless, dictatorships like Azerbaijan can act proceeding from different motivations.
