Civil Court judges Alexey Sukoyan and Karine Petroyan have filed a lawsuit against the Supreme Judicial Council of Armenia.
This time, the judges dispute the issue of the election of Gagik Harutyunyan as chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council of of Armenia. They appealed to the Administrative Court, demanding to recognize the actions of the Supreme Judicial Council of Armenia dated March 5, 2018 regarding the election of Harutyunyan as its head as unlawful.
