The dolphins living at the Yerevan dolphinarium Nemo feel well, Director Lilit Sahakyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am. According to her, Ukrainian specialists are working with them.

Sahakan said that the dolphins need 15 kg. of fish from the ocean daily. “They cannot feed on fish from Lake Sevan,” she said.

As to the frequency of dolphin shows, three shows a day, Sahakyan said that they can even do it four to five times a day.

The Nemo dolphinarium was opened a few months ago. Environmentalists objected to the idea, saying the dolphins would not survive in Armenia.
