Canan Arıtman, the notorious member of the People’s Democratic Party of Turkey, placed a black wreath on the chair of Turkish Premier Recep Erdogan, March 8.

Speaking in Parliament, she pointed out that 5,000 women have been killed in Turkey since the Justice and Development Party came to power, Milliyet reports.

It is not the rights, but life, Turkish women are struggling for, Aritman said and placed a black wreath with the words “We demand the right to life” on the Turkish Premier’s chair.

Recep Erdogan’s party-mates got indignant at Aritman and had a wrangle with her and her party-mates.
