Armenian Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan issued a decree on medical re-examination of all the young men invalided this autumn, the Zhamanak (Time) newspaper writes, quoting reliable sources.

The Minister issued the decree after the conscripts’ parents told him the medical commission committed violations. “According to the information at our disposal, the re-examination revealed numerous violations in Yerevan,” the newspaper writes.
