During their visit to Baku, the OSCE Co-Chairs will present the assessment mission`s report to President Ilham Aliyev, said OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair Igor Popov.
The report will be presented to the Armenian President as well, he said.
Popov stressed that the visit is aimed at ensuring further peace talks on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
The Russian Co-Chair arrived in Baku on March 14. The U.S. and French Co-Chairs are to arrive on March 15.
The OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs are to arrive in Yerevan on March 16. They are to hold meetings with Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian. Igor Popov did not say if the Co-Chairs will visit Nagorno-Karabakh during their regional visit.
Armenian News-NEWS.am reminds readers that, last October, the OSCE MG assessment mission visited seven regions forming a security zone round Nagorno-Karabakh. It has postponed its report several times.
