Karabakh conflict resolution will be discussed during Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s visit to Moscow, stated Sinan Ohan, President of Turkish Center for International Relations and Strategic Analysis (TURKSAM).

He also stressed Turkey is on the threshold of parliamentary elections scheduled for June 12. In this regard, Ankara will not make serious moves in this direction, for instance a new agreement on border opening with Armenia.

“However, Turkey is with Azerbaijan on Karabakh issue,’ he stressed.

As Armenian News-NEWS.am reported earlier, on March 15-16, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will pay an official visit to Moscow.

Erdogan will discuss facilitation of visa regime, economic and strategic cooperation. He will also participate in the session of the Russian-Turkish Cooperation Council.

It is noteworthy March 16 was chosen as a date of the visit. It marks the 90th anniversary of the Treaty of Moscow, with which Bolsheviks “sold out” Armenia.
