EU adopts third package of sanctions against Libya

The EU foreign ministers adopted on Monday additional sanctions against Libya’s economic entities, AFP reports referring to diplomatic sources, RIA Novosti writes.

New measures providing for freezing assets and a ban on entering the EU states are imposed against 11 Muammar Gaddfi’s associates and nine organizations. It is the third package of sanctions adopted by EU against Libya’s strongman.
