Leader of opposition Heritage Party Raffi Hovannisian recalls his hunger strike, which has become a reason for many speculations and is considered as a Christian fast by certain people, in fact is held in support for demands of his party and people.

To avoid different speculations Hovannisian considers necessary to remind of his demands, he told the journalists today.

The demands are as follows:

1. Power to people
2. Say “no” to particracy
3. People – owner’s of  country
4. Voice of the people is the voice of God
5. Free square, free citizen, free country
6. Free citizen, secure state
7. Decent future for young Armenians
8. Work to people
9. SOS – Armenia is deprived of Armenians
10. Say “no” to injustice, poverty and emigration
11. Say “no” to corruption
12. Morality is power  
13. Say “no” to protocols (on Turkish-Armenian relations - Ed.)
14. Recognition of Nagorno-Karabakh
