Not a single Azerbaijani provocation will remain unpunished, said spokesperson for Armenian Defense Ministry commenting on a remark the Armenian side just makes statements and appeals to international agencies, instead of punishing the opponent in response to a killing of an Armenian soldier by Azerbaijani snipers.  

Davit Karapetyan stressed that the enemy stepped up activities of snipers trying to make the situation in the conflict zone more tensed.

“Not a single provocation of the enemy remains unpunished. As a rule our punishment is strict. However, it is not our business to announce human losses on their side. Various studies indicate that provocations initiated by Azerbaijan cause even greater losses to Azerbaijanis. Unfortunately it has not served as a lesson to them,” said Karapetyan.
