On March 29, the newly appointed Ambassador of Ghana to Armenia Seth Koranteng (residence-Moscow) presented his credentials to Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.
President Sargsyan congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment, expressing hope that he will contribute to the development of Armenia-Ghana relations during his diplomatic mission, presidential press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. Serzh Sargsyan stressed importance of bilateral and multilateral cooperation between the states, pointing out political contacts within the framework of the UN.
Ambassador Koranteng said he considers perspective cooperation in the fields of agriculture, industry, diamond production and other spheres. He noted a business forum will be held in Moscow this April on the initiative of Ghana and invited Armenia to participate in the event.
