Decisions in the Eurasian Union are taken by consensus, and each country has the right to veto a document, said Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan on Monday.

According to him, if we are talking about a state with which the interests of Armenia come into conflict, no matter how hard they try to prove that the economic interest is linked to this country, there are times when the Eurasian Union member state may not agree, regardless of of what the numbers show.

“For example, if it is a state that, roughly speaking, does not recognize you. How can one cooperate with it?” Kocharyan noted.
