Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has signed a decision to send his spokesman Vladimir Karapetyan to Lithuania on a business trip.
The decision specifically states that Karapetyan will be sent to Vilnius, Lithuania, on December 15-17, to discuss general approaches to strategic communication and misinformation with representatives of a number of Lithuanian state-run agencies, NGOs, and mass media.
The expenses of the business trip will be covered by the state budget.
