Governor of Lori Province of Armenia Andrey Ghukasyan posted the following on his Facebook page:
“I am pleased to inform the employees of the sewing factories of Vanadzor that the Gloria and Sarton sewing factories can resume their activities starting tomorrow under the condition that they specifically follow the instructions of the Commandant for the state of emergency.”
