YEREVAN. – At its meeting on Tuesday, the Board of the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) decided to raise the refinancing rate by 0.25 percentage points, setting it at 5.5 percent, the CBA press service reported.
The Bank’s interest rate on pawn repos is 7 percent, and its interest rate on the funds raised by the country’s banks is 4 percent.
