YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd newspaper of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes: According to Zhoghovurd daily’s information, a second meeting of the opposition political leaders is being planned.
RA second president Robert Kocharyan shall have various meetings with the Russian elite in Moscow by February 8, after which he will return to Armenia.
During the meeting of the [Armenian opposition] leaders yesterday, the issue was discussed that only after the return of Robert Kocharyan will they start drawing concrete plans, for which there will be a new meeting with the same body.
It is only determined that the opposition will start carrying out active actions as of February 20, demanding the resignation of RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
But no matter how much the opposition prepares for snap parliamentary elections, Nikol Pashinyan does not have any concrete decision in that respect yet. He only made it clear in a low voice that there may be new elections on June 6; even that, however, is not final.
