Former Chief of Staff of the Constitutional Court of Armenia Edgar Ghazaryan posted the following on his Facebook page:

“With the hope that the circumstances behind the illegal actions that several police officers took against me on January 28, 2021 will be studied, the alleged crime and violations of disciplinary norms will be investigated and revealed, my lawful rights will be protected and the guilty will be held liable, I have filed a report on crime to the Prosecutor General’s Office and Special Investigation Service of Armenia, as well as an application for conducting an official investigation to the Chief of Police of Armenia and an application-complaint regarding the occurrence to the Human Rights Defender of Armenia.”
