The Armenian government allocated AMD 305 million to provide compensation for tuition fees for the participants of the Artsakh war, as well as soldiers' parents or spouses.
The decision on compensation was made back on December 10, 2020. The beneficiary of the program can be a person studying in secondary vocational schools, bachelor's, master's, postgraduate studies, clinical residency on a paid basis both full-time and distance learning, if he personally or his parent, spouse, children took part in the hostilities.
