Hayastan All-Armenian Fund has provided two bronchoscopes to the Grigor Lusavorich and Erebuni Medical Centers.

To improve the quality of medical services in Armenia and provide relevant equipment, the US-based Armenia Fund hosted an online jazz concert-fundraiser and sent all proceeds to Hayastan All-Armenian Fund to purchase bronchoscopes.

The four-hour charity jazz concert was hosted and coordinated by member of the Medical Mission of Hayastan All-Armenian Fund, neurosurgeon Mikayel Grigoryan and his wife, Lusine Mirzakhanyan and was held in the backyard of their house in Los Angeles.

The modern bronchoscopes provided to the medical centers will allow to diagnose and treat respiratory diseases more precisely and effectively.

Head of the Endoscopy Service at Erebuni Medical Center Arman Petrosyan stated that the new device provides the opportunity to get a clearer picture in HD quality, conduct precise bronchoscopy and give the precise diagnosis. Senior surgeon of the Chest Surgery Unit at Grigor Lusavorich Medical Center Tigran Khachatryan said the Medical Center needed the second bronchoscope.

Since 2015, Mikayel Grigoryan and the high-class specialists at Glendale Adventist Medical Center have been providing free medical services in Armenia and also in Artsakh since 2018 through the Medical Mission of Hayastan All-Armenian Fund.
