Head of the Special Investigation Service of Armenia Sasun Khachatryan received Czech Ambassador to Armenia Bedrich Kopecky.

Referring to the further strengthening of the Armenian-Czech legal ties and the possibilities of developing partnerships, Sasun Khachatryan expressed hope that this meeting will become an important basis for cooperation between structures performing similar functions in the two countries.

During the meeting, they discussed the possibility of returning assets illegally withdrawn from the country and organizing investigations related to the investigation of corruption crimes, creating new ways of cooperation on some issues. The parties also touched upon the need to study the experience of the law enforcement agencies of the Czech Republic in the area of ​​these crimes.

The Czech side thanked the head for the warm welcome, expressing confidence that this meeting will become a new stimulus for ensuring direct cooperation between the law enforcement agencies of the two countries and organizing mutual visits.
