Armenia's Goris-David-Bek road section will be transferred to Azerbaijan, Hraparak daily reported.

"The latest declassified document actually concerns the transfer of the 21-kilometer section of the Goris-David-Bek road of the Syunik region of Armenia to Azerbaijan. This document is not directly mentioned, but according to a bilateral agreement, this part of the road should be operated by Armenia and Azerbaijan for about three years, and Russian peacekeepers guarantee its safe operation," the newspaper noted.

"Within three years, the Armenian side must build a bypass road on its territory, after which this 21 km will be completely transferred to Azerbaijan. This agreement was reached with the direct participation of the Prime Minister and Defense Minister of Armenia."
