What are most demanded professions in Armenia?

High-tech industry is the fastest growing sector in Armenia; in 2020, more than 21% growth was registered in the sector, more than 3,400 new specialists entered the sector, the average [monthly] salary in the sector is more than 800,000 drams (including taxes). The minister of high-tech industry, Hakob Arshakyan, wrote this on Facebook.

“Attached presented is the results of a survey conducted by the RA [Republic of Armenia] Ministry of High-Tech Industry among about 150 companies, which notes the most demanded directions, professions, and technologies/platforms in Armenia.

Judging by the presented figures, as well as the growth dynamics of the sector, we can definitely say that the most demanded profession in Armenia is engineering in the sector of high technology," Arshakyan added in particular.
