The Syunik provincial crisis management center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia received a call Tuesday at 3:54am that an Iranian tanker truck had overturned on the Kapan-Goris motorway, and there was a fuel leak.

It was found out that the tank—filled with 22 tons—of a tanker truck (driver: Smail Makdi) had overturned on the Kapan-Goris motorway, there was a fuel leak, the road was closed on one side, but no one was injured.

For safety reasons, the Shurnukh-Chayzam section of the aforesaid motorway has been closed by the traffic police and rescuers.
