YEREVAN. – The criminal case in connection with the disappearance of the Boeing plane has been filed under Article 221 of the Criminal Code: with the features of seizing the plane. Tigran Harutyunyan, Deputy Director of the National Security Service (NSS) of Armenia, told this to reporters Tuesday.

"Now, work is being done to have the plane returned [from Iran]," Harutyunyan added.

And asked whether there is an arrangement with the Iranian side in this regard, the NSS official responded: "Yes. I believe there are technical problems."
