Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan has sued leader of the opposition Yerkir Tsirani Party Zaruhi Postanjyan, as reported the Judicial Information System.
Pashinyan demands that the court make Postanjyan publicly refute factual data deemed to be defamation and oblige her to pay compensation envisaged for defamation.
The lawsuit was filed on March 12 and has been inscribed to Judge Naira Avetisyan of the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction.
