By the decree of President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian, Tigran Mkrtchyan has been recalled from the post of the Ambassador of Armenia to Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. We learned about this from the Public Relations Department of the President's Office.
And by another presidential decree, Armen Martirosyan was appointed Ambassador of Armenia to Lithuania.
