YEREVAN. - Armenia’s first president, leader of Armenian opposition Levon Ter-Petrosyan’s speech at the oppositional Armenian National Congress (ANC) rally seemed like a lecture from 2008, said the MP from the Heritage party Stepan Safaryan.

“Ter-Petrosyan’s speech was like a lecture about the past 3 years. You read and see that it’s only about past, only past. Also there was WikilLeaks’s extremely partial, selective analysis. It seemed like Levon Ter-Petrosyan is still in 2008. And I can’t understand the meaning of the phrase “growth of “now” has started,” wondered the MP.
