YEREVAN. – Former husband of Roza Aloyan, who had strangled her children to death in Armenia’s Ararat town, is preparing to take legal action against the judge who had given the children’s custody to the insane mother during the couple’s divorce trial 2 years ago, Hayatsk daily writes. “The children’s father wants the judge to be brought to account for his verdict, which ultimately became basis for the great tragedy. According to Roza Aloyan’s neighbors, even during the divorce trial the children’s father had said that the woman had mental problems, but the court ruled to keep the children under their mother’s care.        

The woman’s neighbors, and those Ararat residents who know her, say Roza Aloyan has had apparent mental disorders. But now there are rumors that it was formally approved that the mother, who brutally killed her children, has no mental problems. Why and how such thing was formally approved? Perhaps because no judge could be brought to account in the future,” the daily writes.
