Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze stated the importance of deepening relations with Armenia, Azerbaijan and Turkey while presenting the election program of the ruling Georgian Dream - Democratic Georgia party, BMG reports.

He also called the settlement of the conflict with Russian Federation a priority.

“Pragmatic policy and peaceful settlement of the conflict with Russia is also one of the most important priorities,” Kobakhidze said.

Speaking about the foreign policy plans of the authorities for the next four years, Kobakhidze called “the most important national task” the reset of relations with the United States and the European Union.

The Prime Minister also mentioned deepening of relations with NATO and strategic partnership with China as priority tasks.
